Adam Comsof, incorporated on January 13, 1987, is engaged in software development, trading in software and hardware and software training. It entered into a technical collaboration agreement with Magnetic Chemical, Hong Kong, for providing process know-how and engineering services, assistance in procurement of plant and machinery and also commissioning of plant.

It has diversified into mobile computing and E-commerce technologies. In 1999-2000, the company got registered with Software Technology Park of India (STPI) and has a plant located at the TTC Electronic Zone in Navi Mumbai.

In the year 2000, the company entered into an agreement with Lecco Technologies, Hong Kong to market and distribute application tuning tool, namely SQL Expert. Apart from this, it also entered into alliances with Global Dynamic Solutions (USA), BN Technologies (Japan) and Orsus Solutions (USA). It is accepted as a full-fledged member of the WAP Forum, an International Standards Body for technological benchmarking in wireless and mobile commerce areas. It constantly keeps changing the product mix to keep up with technological upgradation and a control on cost. The company has been suspended from the BSE on account of non-compliance with listing agreement clauses.
